Do rooms have hairdryers and irons?

We do not provide hairdryers and irons in our standard rooms. These can be requested from reception and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have booked our SuperRooms™, these are provided in the room.

Do rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities?

We do provide tea and coffee-making facilities in all of our rooms. These are replenished during our top-up service. If you require more, please ask at reception.

Do rooms have phones?

We do not have telephones in our rooms. All key cards provided have a contact number for the reception team should you need to get in touch with them.

How do I drop off my key?

What housekeeping service is available?

Please put out the “top up” door hanger if you would like our housekeeping team to refresh your towels, tea and coffee. You will find the hanger in your room. If you are staying more than six nights, your room will be cleaned automatically on the seventh day of your stay. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all during your stay, please place the Do Not Disturb door hanger outside your room.

Do any hotels have interconnecting rooms?

Our hotels do not have interconnecting rooms. To be located near to your family/friends during your stay we advise you to contact the hotel team directly for them to allocate the rooms near to each other.  This is subject to availability.
